New GPG key

Since my GPG key 1024D/844C4360 (0xf7680582844c4360) is running into expiry in a few weeks (2011-07-10), I have generated a new one, 4096R/19FC338D (0xdfff2cdb19fc338d) that is valid starting immediately. It has also already been distributed to the keyservers.
